Advance Traffic Markings - ADA Detectable Warning Mat Specifications

ADA Mats are designed to be used on asphalt and concrete surfaces. They are supplied with a pre-applied, proprietary PSA adhesive and are available in 2 ft. x 3 ft. mats. Independent test reports based on several ASTM Standard test are available on request.

	PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
Composition:	ADA mats are produced from a proprietary blend of high quality rubber, TPR, pigments and colorants. They are cured polymeric articles with high mechanical properties.
Applicability To Pavement Surfaces:	ADA mats shall be applied to clean and dry surfaces in accordance with the manufacturer's installation recommendations.
Adhesion:	Uses a high tack PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive), with primer on substrate.
Pigmentation:	Safety yellow and black. Cutom colors available.
Tensile:	2000 psi minimum with 125% Tear "C" elongation as tested per applicable ASTM Rubber Methods..
Hardness:	80 - 100 Shore "A" Durometer.
Thickness:	Mat base is approvimatley 0.100 inches with raised truncated domes per ADA Federal Guidelines.
